1 Tbsp olive oil
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup double smoked bacon, chopped
1 Tbsp rosemary
1 cup or 5 stalks of asparagus
1 cup white wine, chardonnay
Grate with parmesan cheese
Optional 1 cup of cooked Chicken, chopped
Prep & Directions
1. Pour olive oil in pan on med high heat and add onions.
2. Then follow with the rest of the ingredients except the cheese.
3. Simmer 3-5 minutes and serve warm.
4. Serve with you favourite pasta.
