Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, seasoned and fried
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Season & Fry the Chicken:
Lightly season the chicken breasts with your preferred spices and fry until fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken finely.
2. Make the Filling:
- Shredded chicken
- Cream cheese
- Ranch dressing
- Buffalo sauce
- Shredded cheese
- Chopped green onions
3. Prepare the Dough:
Flatten out pieces of biscuit dough and place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
4. Air Fry:
Place the chicken bombs seam-side down in the air fryer. Bake at 300°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
5. Garnish & Serve:
