- 1lb Nutrafarms grass-fed stewing beef
- 1 diced onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can of dark beer
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Brimstone BBQ’s Tex-Mex Rub (recipe included below)
