For the Chicken Marinade:

  • 1 lb chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp (or more) of your favourite hot

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

To Assemble the Wrap:

  • Tortillas or wraps
  • Lettuce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Ranch dressing

🔥 Instructions:

1.  Marinate the Chicken

Set up two bowls—one with whisked egg, and another with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika.

3. Bread the Chicken

Place the breaded chicken in the air fryer. Cook at 200°C (392°F) for 17–18 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even crisp.

5. Make the Nashville Hot Sauce

While the chicken is cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat. Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, and brown sugar. Stir until smooth and well combined.

6. Coat the Chicken
